
From June to September 2015, the public will be able to get a preview of this century old monument and an insight to the Roman heritage present in Provence and the restoration work involved.
The walls of the Hôtel de Sade – the 15th-century residence of the de Sade d-Eyguieres, conceal the remains of thermal baths that date back to the Roman presence in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. Its church, tithe house and Chapel of the Black Penitents also date from this period.
