Far from the hustle and bustle of London, his vision is for simple seasonal dishes which he hopes will elevate it to the best restaurant in the Paradiski area.

Maison Cimes in Les Orres (Hautes Alpes) is a new “boutique guesthouse” concept with a vintage themed « table d’hôte » dining room serving gastronomic dishes of predominantly organic local ingredients like juniper, rabbit and wild spinach. Reserved for staying guests during the week, the restaurant is open to visitors at the weekend.
