Awarded the Palace distinction in June 2026 – France’s most prestigious hospitality award and the first property in Grand Est to receive this honour – the Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa truly embodies elegance. From its hilltop setting in the village of Champillon, near Épernay, the hotel is built around a former coaching inn once frequented by French kings and even Napoleon. Its 47 aesthetically designed suites include the 110m² Joséphine Suite, which ranks among the world’s finest. The hotel is home to two exceptional dining venues. Michelin-starred Le Royal showcases Chef Christophe Raoux’s refined French cuisine, centred on the very best local ingredients and terroir. The Bellevue offers champagne tastings, seasonal dining with panoramic sunset views and an innovative ‘Make It Balanced’ menu, developed with Dr Olivier Courtin-Clarins to combine flavour and wellbeing.

Founded over 70 years ago, Le Parc Hôtel was reborn this year as four-star luxury hotel and spa Yona Hotel.
